1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing ks99 ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and ks99 with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use ks99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ks99 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above.
• You must be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local laws.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or banned from ks99 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or a business entity when opening a personal account.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ks99 and its affiliate partners are not eligible to open player accounts.

3Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on ks99. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• A valid, active email address and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account number for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.

ks99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage of account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

ks99 supports a range of convenient local payment methods for players based in Bangladesh. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment source used for the original deposit (source-of-funds rule).
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.
• ks99 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification (KYC) or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be supported subject to availability. ks99 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ks99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal Pohela Boishakh festival promotions. All bonuses are governed by the following general rules:

• Bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the conditions set by ks99.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time per account, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• ks99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse or violation of T&C is suspected.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used or wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.

6Responsible Gaming

ks99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core value. We encourage all players to gamble within their financial means and to treat gaming as entertainment only — never as a source of income. Players experiencing concerns about their gambling behaviour are encouraged to use the following tools:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you fund your account.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the ks99 platform by contacting our support team.
• Time-out features: Take a short break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ks99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the system.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts to abuse bonus promotions or circumvent account restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the ks99 platform for any illegal financial transactions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account access, credentials, or funds to any third party.

ks99 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with financial institutions to identify and prevent prohibited activity. Any winnings obtained through prohibited means will be voided and forfeited in full.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on ks99, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, audio, and visual elements, are the intellectual property of ks99 or its licensed content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from the Platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The ks99 brand name, logo, and domain are registered trademarks. Any use of these marks without prior written consent from ks99 is a violation of intellectual property law.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ks99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other intangible losses, even if ks99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ks99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not liable for any disruption to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunication failures in Bangladesh.

10Privacy & Data Protection

ks99 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to safeguard all personal and financial data submitted to ks99. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide our services, such as payment processing with bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

11Amendments to Terms

ks99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility as a player to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the ks99 Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any revised terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.
